Surah Al-Mu'minun (23:88)

قُلْ مَنۢ بِيَدِهِۦ مَلَكُوتُ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَهُوَ يُجِيرُ وَلَا يُجَارُ عَلَيْهِ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ

Say, “Who holds in His hand the kingship‑realm of every thing, and He grants protection while no protection is granted against Him, if you are (truly) knowing?”
