Surah Al-Mu'minun (23:75)

وَلَوْ رَحِمْنَٰهُمْ وَكَشَفْنَا مَا بِهِم مِّن ضُرٍّ لَّلَجُّوا۟ فِى طُغْيَٰنِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ

And if We were to show them mercy and remove from them whatever harm is upon them, they would surely persist in their overstepping, wandering blindly.
