Surah Al-Mu'minun (23:62)

وَلَا نُكَلِّفُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا وَلَدَيْنَا كِتَٰبٌ يَنطِقُ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ

And We do not burden any self except according to its capacity; and with Us is a written record that speaks with the truth, and they are not wronged.
