Surah Al-Mu'minun (23:14)

ثُمَّ خَلَقْنَا ٱلنُّطْفَةَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقْنَا ٱلْعَلَقَةَ مُضْغَةً فَخَلَقْنَا ٱلْمُضْغَةَ عِظَٰمًا فَكَسَوْنَا ٱلْعِظَٰمَ لَحْمًا ثُمَّ أَنشَأْنَٰهُ خَلْقًا ءَاخَرَ فَتَبَارَكَ ٱللَّهُ أَحْسَنُ ٱلْخَٰلِقِينَ

Then We fashioned the sperm-drop into a clinging form, then We fashioned the clinging form into a chewed-like lump, then We fashioned the chewed-like lump into bones, then We clothed the bones with flesh; then We brought him forth as another creation. So exalted in blessing is Allah, the best of those who create.
