Surah Al-Hajj (22:25)
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلْنَٰهُ لِلنَّاسِ سَوَآءً ٱلْعَٰكِفُ فِيهِ وَٱلْبَادِ وَمَن يُرِدْ فِيهِ بِإِلْحَادٍۭ بِظُلْمٍ نُّذِقْهُ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
Indeed, those who have covered [the truth] and who block from the path of God and from the Restricted Mosque, which We have made for the people—equally [for] the one devotedly staying there and the desert-dweller—and whoever intends in it a deviation, in wrongdoing, We will make him taste of a painful punishment.
