Surah Al-Anbya (21:94)

فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَا كُفْرَانَ لِسَعْيِهِۦ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ كَٰتِبُونَ

So whoever does from the sound deeds while he is one who trusts (in God), then there is no covering over his striving, and indeed We are ones who write it down for him.
