Surah Al-Anbya (21:45)

قُلْ إِنَّمَآ أُنذِرُكُم بِٱلْوَحْىِ وَلَا يَسْمَعُ ٱلصُّمُّ ٱلدُّعَآءَ إِذَا مَا يُنذَرُونَ

Say, “I only warn you by means of the revelation; and the deaf do not hear the call whenever they are being warned.”
