Surah Taha (20:121)

فَأَكَلَا مِنْهَا فَبَدَتْ لَهُمَا سَوْءَٰتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِن وَرَقِ ٱلْجَنَّةِ وَعَصَىٰٓ ءَادَمُ رَبَّهُۥ فَغَوَىٰ

So they both ate from it, and their bad things became apparent to them, and they began patching over themselves from the leaves of the Garden. And Adam defied his Lord, so he went astray.
