Surah Al-Isra (17:94)

وَمَا مَنَعَ ٱلنَّاسَ أَن يُؤْمِنُوٓا۟ إِذْ جَآءَهُمُ ٱلْهُدَىٰٓ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوٓا۟ أَبَعَثَ ٱللَّهُ بَشَرًا رَّسُولًا

And nothing prevented the people from trusting [in it] when the guidance came to them, except that they said, “Has God sent a human as a messenger?”
