Surah Al-Isra (17:78)
أَقِمِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ لِدُلُوكِ ٱلشَّمْسِ إِلَىٰ غَسَقِ ٱلَّيْلِ وَقُرْءَانَ ٱلْفَجْرِ إِنَّ قُرْءَانَ ٱلْفَجْرِ كَانَ مَشْهُودًا
Maintain the salāh from the slipping of the sun until the deep darkness of the night, and (especially) the recitation at daybreak; indeed, the recitation at daybreak has always been witnessed.
