Surah Al-Isra (17:5)

فَإِذَا جَآءَ وَعْدُ أُولَىٰهُمَا بَعَثْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ عِبَادًا لَّنَآ أُو۟لِى بَأْسٍ شَدِيدٍ فَجَاسُوا۟ خِلَٰلَ ٱلدِّيَارِ وَكَانَ وَعْدًا مَّفْعُولًا

So when the promise of the first of the two came, We raised up against you servants of Ours, possessors of intense might, and they moved about through the midst of the dwellings, and it was a promise carried out.
