Surah Al-Isra (17:100)
قُل لَّوْ أَنتُمْ تَمْلِكُونَ خَزَآئِنَ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّىٓ إِذًا لَّأَمْسَكْتُمْ خَشْيَةَ ٱلْإِنفَاقِ وَكَانَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ قَتُورًا
Say, “If you were to possess the treasuries of the mercy of my Lord, then you would surely hold back, out of fear of expenditure; and man has always been extremely tight‑fisted.”
