Surah An-Nahl (16:46)
أَوْ يَأْخُذَهُمْ فِى تَقَلُّبِهِمْ فَمَا هُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ
Or that He should seize them during their going to and fro, and so they will not be ones who can frustrate [Him].
