Surah An-Nahl (16:40)
إِنَّمَا قَوْلُنَا لِشَىْءٍ إِذَآ أَرَدْنَٰهُ أَن نَّقُولَ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ
Our saying to a thing, when We intend it, is only that We say to it, “Be,” and it comes to be.
