Surah Al-Hijr (15:8)
مَا نُنَزِّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ إِلَّا بِٱلْحَقِّ وَمَا كَانُوٓا۟ إِذًا مُّنظَرِينَ
We do not send down the angels except with the truth, and then they are not ones given respite.
