Surah Ar-Ra'd (13:13)
وَيُسَبِّحُ ٱلرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِۦ وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ مِنْ خِيفَتِهِۦ وَيُرْسِلُ ٱلصَّوَٰعِقَ فَيُصِيبُ بِهَا مَن يَشَآءُ وَهُمْ يُجَٰدِلُونَ فِى ٱللَّهِ وَهُوَ شَدِيدُ ٱلْمِحَالِ
And the thunder declares His transcendence along with His praise, and the angels (do so) out of awe of Him; and He sends the thunderbolts, then hits with them whom He wills, while they dispute concerning Allah, and He is intense in (His) overpowering.
