Surah Hud (11:43)

قَالَ سَـَٔاوِىٓ إِلَىٰ جَبَلٍ يَعْصِمُنِى مِنَ ٱلْمَآءِ قَالَ لَا عَاصِمَ ٱلْيَوْمَ مِنْ أَمْرِ ٱللَّهِ إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ وَحَالَ بَيْنَهُمَا ٱلْمَوْجُ فَكَانَ مِنَ ٱلْمُغْرَقِينَ

He said, “I will soon take refuge toward a mountain; it will protect me from the water.” He said, “There is no protector today against the command of Allah, except one upon whom He has mercy.” Then the wave came between the two of them, so he was among those drowned.
