Surah Hud (11:110)

وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى ٱلْكِتَٰبَ فَٱخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَقُضِىَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَفِى شَكٍّ مِّنْهُ مُرِيبٍ

And We certainly brought to Moses the Book, then it was differed about; and were it not for a word that had already gone ahead from your Lord, judgment would indeed have been concluded between them; and truly they are, about it, in a doubt that causes disturbance.
