Surah Yunus (10:43)
وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنظُرُ إِلَيْكَ أَفَأَنتَ تَهْدِى ٱلْعُمْىَ وَلَوْ كَانُوا۟ لَا يُبْصِرُونَ
And among them is one who looks toward you. So will you guide the blind, even though they do not perceive?
