Surah Yunus (10:42)

وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَسْتَمِعُونَ إِلَيْكَ أَفَأَنتَ تُسْمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ وَلَوْ كَانُوا۟ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ

And among them is one who listens attentively to you. So will you make the deaf hear, even if they are not using reason?
